盆底肌康复训练配合护理干预治疗产后盆底肌功能障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盆底肌康复训练配合护理干预治疗产后盆底肌功能障碍的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2021年2月我院收治的200例产后盆底肌功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同,分为研究组(盆底肌康复训练配合护理干预)和对照组(常规产后康复),记录两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后1 h尿垫试验漏尿量及尿失禁、生活质量评分。结果研究组痊愈90例,有效5例,无效5例,治疗有效率为95.00%。对照组痊愈73例,有效10例,无效17例,治疗有效率为83.00%。研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后1 h漏尿量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后生活质量I-QOL评分高于治疗前,尿失禁情况ICIQ-SF评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后盆底肌功能障碍患者实施盆底肌康复训练配合护理干预可以有效提升盆底肌功能,改善患者尿失禁症状,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention to treat postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction.Methods Select 200 postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they are divided into research group(pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention)and control group(conventional postpartum rehabilitation),record the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,compare the urine leakage volume of the urine pad test and the urinary incontinence quality of life scores before and after treatment.Results In the study group,90 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The effective rate of treatment was 95.00%.In the control group,73 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,and 17 cases were ineffective.The effective rate of treatment was 83.00%.The study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of urine leakage in the study group was lower than the control group at 1 hour after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the quality of life I-QOL score after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the ICIQ-SF score of urinary incontinence was lower than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention for postpartum pelvic floor muscle dysfunction patients can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle function,improve patients'urinary incontinence symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.
