分析手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的有效性

摘　　要：目的研究分析手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的有效性。方法选取福建省晋江市医院在2017年8月至2019年8月治疗的人工全髋关节置换术患者60例为研究对象,根据其入院顺序将选取患者分为两组,入院较早的30例人工全髋关节置换术患者作为对照组并接受常规护理,入院较晚的30例患者作为研究组,在常规护理基础上为其加用综合护理,对比两组患者的术中出血量、术中血压变化情况以及接受手术之后患者并发症发生率,综合分析手术室护理配合在人工髋关节置换术的应用效果。结果研究组人工全髋关节置换术患者术中出血量、术中血压变化情况以及接受手术之后患者并发症发生率与对照组患者比较,均存在显著性差异,P<0.05。结论手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中可达到降低术中出血量的作用,并减少手术对患者血流动力造成的影响,降低术后并发症发生率,有助于患者恢复。Objective To study the effectiveness of operating room nursing coordination in total hip arthroplasty.Methods The period from August 2017 to August 2019 was used as a reference period,and a total of 60 patients were included in the total number of total hip arthroplasty.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into two groups,and 30 patients who were admitted to the hospital earlier.Total hip arthroplasty patients form a control group and receive routine care.The 30 patients who were admitted to the hospital later were a research group.The patients in the research group added comprehensive care to the patients in the same control group on the basis of routine care.They compared the amount of intraoperative bleeding,intraoperative blood pressure changes,and patient complications after surgery.Incidence,comprehensive analysis of operating room nursing cooperation in the application of hip arthroplasty.Results There were significant differences between patients with total hip arthroplasty,intraoperative blood pressure changes and complications after surgery,P<0.05.Conclusion The operation room nursing cooperation in total hip arthroplasty can reduce the bleeding in the operation,reduce the effect of the operation on the blood flow,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and help the patient recover.
