摘  要:配置亚甲基蓝水溶液作为模拟染料废水,利用废水样品中筛选出的2种真菌对亚甲基蓝进行脱色。结果表明,真菌1对亚甲基蓝的脱色效率优于真菌2,并且经过16S rDNA的分子鉴定,真菌1为青霉菌(Pencillum expansum KU162972,P1)。探究青霉菌P1在不同因素条件下对亚甲基蓝的脱色效率影响及脱色机理,ρ(亚甲基蓝)=20 mg/L、pH=4、接种量φ(青霉菌孢子)=4%和盐度w(NaCl)=2%时,亚甲基蓝的脱色效率为92.33%(24 h),并且由紫外图谱和红外图谱分析均可得出,青霉菌P1脱色亚甲基蓝是生物吸附和生物降解共同作用的结果。Methylene blue aqueous solution was used as a simulated dye wastewater,and 2 fungi screened from the wastewater samples were used to decolorize methylene blue.The results showed that the decolorization efficiency of fungus 1 was better than that of fungus 2.After 16S rDNA molecular identification,P1 was Pencillum expansum KU162972.The effects of different factors on the decolorization of methylene blue by Penicillium P1 and the decolorization mechanism were explored.The experimental results showed that when the initial methylene blue concentration was 20 mg/L,pH=4,the inoculation percentage was 4%and the salinity was 2%(Mass fraction of NaCl was 2%),the decolorization efficiency of methylene blue could reach 92.33%(24 h),and it could be concluded from experimental exploration ultraviolet spectrum analysis and infrared spectrum analysis that the decolorization of methylene blue by Penicillium P1 was the result of the combined effect of biosorption and biodegradation.
