摘 要:为了研究聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)之间形成聚集体的过程,分别以动态光散射、荧光探针方法测定了聚集体的中值粒径及疏水性的变化。结果表明,随着c(SDS)的增大,以单体形式进入PAMAM内部的SDS分子逐渐转变为胶束状态接枝在PAMAM表面上,聚集体中值粒径增大,疏水性增强。随着ρ(PAMAM)提高,当低于临界胶束浓度(CMC)时,SDS与PAMAM之间以疏水作用为主,聚集体中值粒径及疏水性明显增加;当高于CMC时,SDS与PAMAM之间主要以离子力作用为主,聚集体中值粒径与疏水性均出现峰值。聚集体对溶液性质随作用时间延长呈现出相同影响规律。在实验结果分析的基础上,通过不同条件下形成聚集体结构及演变过程示意图对PAMAM和SDS的相互作用进行了详细的描述。In order to study the formation process of aggregation between polyamidoamine(PAMAM)and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),dynamic light scattering and fluorescence spectrum were used to investigate the changes of median size,hydrophobic of aggregation in solution.The results show that the monomer of SDS comes into PAMAM internal state,and translates to micelle which connects to the surface of PAMAM,the median size of aggregation tends toward folding increase,and the hydrophobic enhances with increase of SDS concentration.The SDS and PAMAM form hydrophobic interaction when the SDS is below critical micelle concentration(CMC),and the hydrophobic and median size of aggregation increase significantly.The SDS and PAMAM form ionic interaction when the SDS is above CMC,and the hydrophobic and median size of aggregation have peaks.The effect of aggregation on solution properties presents the same rule with the increase of interaction time.Based on the analysis of experimental results,the interaction between SDS and PAMAM was described by the schematic diagram of aggregate structure,which based on the result of median size and hydrophobic of aggregation.
