摘  要:旨在分析生殖细胞核因子(NR6A1,GCNF)的多态性与云上黑山羊产羔性能的关联性。利用Sequenom MassARRAY■SNP技术对NR6A1的3个候选位点g.95109274G>A、g.95109385G>A、g.95109400G>T进行分型,探索其在云上黑山羊(n=544)、济宁青山羊(n=133)和辽宁绒山羊(n=91)3个群体中的遗传学特征,并分析其与云上黑山羊产羔性能(包括产羔数、初生窝重和断奶窝重)的关联性。结果表明,g.95109274G>A、g.95109385G>A两个候选位点在不同繁殖力品种(济宁青山羊和辽宁绒山羊)中的基因型分布无显著差异(P>0.05);g.95109400G>T位点在不同繁殖力品种(济宁青山羊和辽宁绒山羊)中的基因型分布呈现显著差异(P<0.05)。云上黑山羊中的关联分析表明,NR6A1基因这3个位点对产羔数、初生窝重以及断奶窝重无显著影响(P>0.05)。以上提示,NR6A1基因这3个位点不能作为云上黑山羊产羔性能选择的潜在分子标记。This study was performed to analyze the association between the polymorphism of germ cell nuclear factor(NR6A1,GCNF)gene and kidding performance of Yunshang Black goats(YS).A Sequenom MassARRAY■SNP system was used for genotyping of the three candidate loci(g.95109274G>A,g.95109385G>A,g.95109400G>T)of NR6A1,of which the genetic characteristics of YS(n=544),Jining Gray goats(JN,n=133)and Liaoning Cashmere goats(LN,n=91)were explored,and whose association with kidding performance including litter size,litter weight at birth and at weaning was also analyzed.The genotype distributions of two candidate loci(g.95109274G>A,g.95109385G>A)in breeds with different fecundity were not significantly different(P>0.05).The genotype distributions of candidate locus(g.95109400G>T)in breeds with different fecundity were significantly different(P<0.05).The association analyses of YS showed no significant effects of three loci on litter size,litter weight at birth and at weaning(P<0.05).These results suggested that the three loci at NR6A1 were not the potential markers for kidding performance selection in YS.
