优种肉用羊特克塞尔羊、萨福克羊、陶赛特羊选育试验

摘　　要：为提高山西本地羊的生产性能,扩大地区良种覆盖率,特选择优种肉用羊特克塞尔羊、萨福克羊和陶赛特羊母羊各20只,公羊各2只,采用同期发情技术,进行同品种选种选配试验。结果表明,埋植阴道栓+孕马血清素实施同期发情,特克塞尔羊、萨福克羊和陶赛特羊均可获得较高的发情率;母羊产羔率萨福克羊>特克塞尔羊>陶赛特羊,羔羊成活率陶赛特羊>特克塞尔羊>萨福克羊;羔羊初生重3品种间无显著差异(P>0.05),4月龄和12月龄时的体重均为特克塞尔羊最好,其次为萨福克羊,陶赛特羊最低;4月龄体长指标萨福克羊最高,其余体尺指标均为特克塞尔羊最高。说明特克塞尔羊和萨福克羊品种较适合在山西省大面积推广。In order to improve the production performance of Shanxi local sheep and expand the coverage rate of regional fine breeds,20 Texel,Suffolk,Dorset ewes and 2 rams were specially selected,and the estrus synchronization technique was used,the selection and mating test of the same variety was carried out.The results showed that the rate of estrus of Texel sheep,Suffolk sheep and Dorset sheep was higher,the lambing rate of ewe was the highest in Suffolk sheep,the survival rate was Dorset sheep>Texel sheep>Suffolk sheep,the birth weight of lamb had no significant difference among the three breeds(P>0.05),the weight of four-month-old and 12-month-old was the best for Texel sheep,the next was Suffolk sheep,the lowest was Dorset sheep;Suffolk sheep of 4 months old had the highest body length index,and the others were Texel sheep.The Texel sheep and Suffolk sheep were suitable to be popularized and improved in Shanxi province.
