城中村回迁安置治理问题研究--以石家庄市桥西区为例

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市扩张占领了原本属于城市郊区的农村土地,“城中村”这一特殊村庄形态也由此产生。城中村回迁安置是城市化进程的重要环节,影响着城市化的质量和速度。在城中村回迁安置的过程中涌现出越来越多的治理问题。本文通过对石家庄市桥西区的城中村回迁安置治理问题进行研究,提出相应的解决对策,从而促进石家庄市桥西区城中村回迁安置工作的顺利进行。With the acceleration of urbanization,urban expansion has occupied the rural land originally belonging to the sub⁃urbs of the city,and the special village form of"village in the city"has come into being.Resettlement of urban villages is an im⁃portant link in the process of urbanization,which affects the quality and speed of urbanization.More and more governance prob⁃lems have emerged in the process of resettlement of urban villages.This paper studies the problems of urban villages resettle⁃ment in Qiaoxi District of Shijiazhuang City,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,so as to promote the smooth progress of urban villages resettlement.
