摘　　要：随着近年来我国农村地区经济的进一步发展和农村地区人民物质生活保障水平的改善和提高,农村地区居民已进入人口老龄化时期,农村地区居民所需要面临的各种养老问题也越来越严重,它直接关系到了我国农村地区经济的发展与社会稳定。随着现代经济社会的进步,新型农村养老保险制度日趋成熟,在一定程度上也缓解了中国家庭和社会的压力。实施新型农村养老保险制度,不断完善我国的《保险法》,切实接近农民的生活,对我国养老保险作出巨大的贡献。With the further development of rural economy and the improvement of material living security in rural areas,rural residents have entered the population aging period,the rural residents are facing more and more serious pension problems,which is directly related to the economic development of rural areas and social stability.With the progress of modern economy and society,the new rural endowment insurance system also alleviates the pressure of Chinese family and society to some ex⁃tent.We will implement a new rural endowment insurance system,constantly improve China's Insurance Law,earnestly get close to farmers'lives,and make great contributions to China's endowment insurance.
