摘 要:网络切割装置在起爆点处容易形成爆炸零门,进而影响该处的切割分离功能,因此,起爆点的位置及形式是影响网络切割装置的切割分离效果的重要因素。为研究网络切割装置起爆点对起爆效果的影响,将起爆点分别设置在切割索上和交叉节点处,对比分析了几种不同方式的起爆点的起爆效果。试验结果表明:起爆点设置在交叉节点处较为合理;采用三通传爆管起爆优于切割索对接起爆。It is easy to form an explosion zero gate at the initiation point of network cutting device,which affects the cutting and separating function of the place.Therefore,position and form of initiation point are important factors in-fluencing cutting and separating effect of the network cutting device.In order to study the influence of initiation point on initiation effect of network cutting device,the initiation point was respectively set on the cutting cord and at the intersection,and the initiation effects of several different initiation points were compared and analyzed.Results show that it is reasonable to place the initiation point at the intersection,and the initiation with tee booster tube is better than that with butt to butt of cutting cord.
