思维导图引导康复护理对腕管综合征患者术后功能恢复及心理状况的影响

摘　　要：目的分析思维导图引导康复护理对腕管综合征患者术后功能恢复及心理状况的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年5月在江苏省人民医院进行手术治疗的80例腕管综合征患者展开研究,依据简单随机抽样法,分为试验组与对照组,各40例。所有患者均接受小切口减压术治疗,对照组予以常规护理,试验组予以思维导图引导康复护理。比较两组健康认知评分,焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS),腕关节自行评估量表(PRWE)评分,临床疗效及并发症情况。结果两组术后健康认知评分高于术前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后SAS、SDS评分低于术前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后PRWE评分低于术前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图引导康复护理能够提高腕管综合征患者健康认知能力,促进患者术后心理状态的改善和功能恢复。Objective To analyze the influence of mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing on postoperative functional recovery and psychological status of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods A study was conducted on 80 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome who underwent surgical treatment in Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020.According to a simple random sampling method,they were divided into a test group and a control group,each with 40 cases.All patients were treated with small incision decompression,the control group was given routine care,while the experimental group was given mind map-guided rehabilitation care.The health cognition scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-assessment scale(PRWE)scores with wrist joints,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative health cognition scores of the two groups were higher than those before the operation,while the test group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the operation,while the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PRWE scores of the two groups were lower than those before the operation,while the test group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind map-guided rehabilitation nursing can improve the health cognition of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome,and promote the improvement of postoperative mental state and functional recovery of patien
