摘 要:为研究不同浸种时间不同发芽阶段西蒙得木种子贮藏物质的动员情况,以未浸种处理的种子为对照,对西蒙得木种子分别进行4 h、10 h、16 h和24 h的清水浸种,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱中特征峰峰面积的相对比值来分析不同浸种时间下吸胀、萌动、萌发3个发芽阶段种子贮藏物质的相对含量。结果表明,西蒙得木种子吸水膨胀主要集中在24 h内。西蒙得木种子贮藏物质在不同发芽阶段之间没有显著差异,主要影响来源于浸种时间,其中萌发阶段的种子受浸种时间的影响比较显著。蛋白质和碳水化合物在西蒙得木种子发芽过程中存在协同作用,随浸种时间延长而减少,脂肪随浸种时间延长而相对增加。研究表明,西蒙得木种子萌发过程中各营养物质转化与发芽阶段关系不明显,但种子的吸水饱和程度影响了其物质转化。本研究结果可为今后西蒙得木的引种繁育提供科学参考。To investigate the mobilization of storage materials of Simmondsia chinensis seeds in different seed soaking time and at different germination stage,the seeds were soaked in water for 4 h,10 h,16 h and 24 h respectively with the non-soaking as control.And,the relative contents of seed storage materials in the three germination stages including imbibition,germinating and germination under different soaking time were analyzed based the relative ratios of characteristic peak areas Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the water absorption and swelling of S.chinensis seeds mainly occurred within 24 h.There was no significant difference of storage materials of S.chinensis seeds during different germinating stages,and seed soaking time was the principal factor while the soaking time was more significant for seeds at germination stage.Proteins and carbohydrates of S.chinensis seeds had synergistic effect during seed germination,and decreased with soaking time,while fat increased with soaking time.Studies had shown that the relationship between nutrient transformation and germination stage was not obvious during seed germination of S.chinensis,but the degree of water absorption saturation of seeds affected the material transformation.The results of this study could provide a scientific reference for the introduction and breeding of S.chinensis in the future.
