摘 要:利用正交设计L 9(34)研究PEG溶液浸种对高羊茅种子萌发的影响,并探讨可促进高羊茅种子萌发的PEG浸种液浓度、浸种时间及适宜分子量的最优浸种组合。结果表明,高羊茅不同品种种子之间的发芽差异显著(p<0.05),且浓度为15%、20%PEG溶液浸种对种子萌发有促进作用,其中20%PEG浸种效果较为理想。浸种时间以24 h对高羊茅种子萌发效果最佳,而48 h、72 h对种子萌发有抑制作用。同时,高羊茅种子萌发效果与PEG适宜分子量相关,PEG-4000对诱导高羊茅种子萌发的效果优于PEG-2000、PEG-6000。可见,PEG-4000可以作为高羊茅种子萌发的浸种剂,为实际应用PEG作为渗透调节剂和种子引发剂促进高羊茅种子萌发活力提供科学依据和技术指导。In this paper,the effects of seed soaking with PEG solution on germination of Festuca arundinacea seeds were investigated based on orthogonal design L 9(34),and the optimal combination of concentration of PEG soaking solution,soaking time and suitable molecular weight which could promote the germination of F.arundinacea seeds was also discussed.The results showed that there was a significant difference in germination among different varieties of F.arundinacea(p<0.05),and soaking seeds with 15%and 20%PEG could promote seed germination,and soaking seeds with 20%PEG was ideal.The soaking time of 24 h had the best effect on the germination of F.arundinacea seeds,while the soaking time of 48 h and 72 h showed inhibitory effect on the germination of F.arundinacea seeds.Also,the results showed that PEG-4000 was better than PEG-2000 and PEG-6000 in inducing germination of F.arundinacea seeds.In conclusion,PEG-4000 could be used as seed soaking agent for germination of F.arundinacea seeds,providing scientific basis and technical guidance for the practical application of PEG as osmotic regulator and seed initiator to promote germination of F.arundinacea seeds.
