摘　　要：比较了不同萌发时间及不同活力种子之间的抗氧化酶活性差异,分析了种子活力与抗氧化酶活性的相关性。结果表明,活力高的种子发芽率高、发芽速度快,在发芽指标方面表现出明显的优势;从种子吸胀开始到幼苗子叶完全展开,CAT和SOD酶活性先不断升高,在完成胚轴伸长和胚根突出时达到顶峰,而后下降,POD酶活性则一直升高;可以选择萌发第4天的CAT和SOD酶以及萌发第5天的POD酶活性作为反映烟草种子活力的指标。In this study,the differences of antioxidant enzyme activities among seeds with different germination time and vigor were compared,and the correlation between seed vigor and antioxidant enzyme activities was also analyzed.The results showed that seeds with high vigor had higher germination rate and faster germination rate,and showed obvious advantages in germination indexes.During seed imbibition to cotyledon expansion,CAT and SOD activity increased at first,peaking at cotyl elongation and radicle protrusion and then decreased,while POD activity increased all the time.In conclusion,CAT and SOD enzymes on the 4th day of germination and POD enzyme activities on the 5 th day of germination could be selected as indicators of tobacco seed viability.
