摘 要:以油用牡丹广泛栽培的实生栽培品种凤丹(Paeonia ostii T.Hong et J.X.Zhang)为试材,研究了9个农艺性状与产量的关系,不同生长年限边行与内行产量的构成因素,以期为凤丹的增产提供理论基础和支持。结果表明,单株种子数量、有效荚、分枝数、单荚粒重、单荚重、单荚种子数量的变异系数较大,性状差异明显;主茎粗、百粒重、株高的变异系数较小,性状较稳定。各农艺性状对产量的直接作用从大到小排列为:单株种子数量、单荚粒重、单荚种子数量。单株产量与各性状的关联度大小顺序依次为单株种子数量、有效荚数、主茎粗、株高、单荚粒重、分枝数、单荚种子数量、单荚重、百粒重。三年生凤丹和四年生凤丹都无明显的边行优势。三年生凤丹和四年生凤丹的边行和内行的株高、有效荚、单株种子数量和主茎粗这4个产量构成因素有显著差异。不同计产方法对不同生长年限单产高低及排序无影响,无论是以全小区折算、边行折算以及内行折算凤丹产量,四年生凤丹产量均显著高于三年生凤丹。In this paper,the Paeonia ostii variety‘Fengdan’,a peony cultivar widely cultivated for oil,was used as experimental material,and the relationship between 9 agronomic traits and yield,and the composition factors of outer-row and inner-row yield in different years were studied,which could provide theoretical basis and support for the increase of yield of P.ostii.The results showed that the variation coefficient of seed number per plant,effective pod number,branch number,seed weight per pod,seed weight per pod and seed number per pod were large,and the difference of traits was obvious.The variation coefficient of main stem diameter,100-grain weight and plant height was small,and the traits were stable.The direct effect of agronomic traits on yield followed as seed number per plant>seed weight per pod>seed number per pod,while the order of correlation between yield per plant and traits was seed number per plant>effective pod number>main stem diameter>plant height>seed weight per pod>branch number>seed number per pod>seed weight per pod>100 seed weight.There was no obvious edge line advantage between triennial‘Fengdan’and tetraennial‘Fengdan’.There were significant differences in plant height,effective pod,number of seeds per plant and main stem diameter between triennial‘Fengdan’and tetraennial‘Fengdan’.Additionally,different yield calculation methods had no effect on the yield level and rank of each unit in different years,and the yield of the tetraennial‘Fengdan’was significantly higher than that of the triennial‘Fengdan’regardless of the whole plot conversion,side line conversion and internal conversion.
