摘 要:为筛选适宜宁夏南部山区种植的娃娃菜品种及客观评价优势品种的栽培适应性,以当地主栽品种春玉黄为对照进行大田栽培品比筛选试验,应用主成分分析法对13个娃娃菜品种的栽培适应性进行综合评价。结果表明,不同娃娃菜品种的产量性状、营养品质含量有显著性差异,田娃、春秋贝贝、韩童、金娃较对照产量分别高1.91%、1.78%、0.76%和0,韩童、金娃维生素C含量较对照分别高7.03%和3.13%,金皇后、黄妃、春秋贝贝可溶性蛋白含量较对照分别显著高8.45%、3.29%和2.8%,金娃、一品香、韩童可溶性糖较对照分别显著高45.79%、29.58%、27.38%,韩童、春秋贝贝、黄宝宝、金娃可溶性固形物与对照无显著性差异,构建了以产量、品质性状因子为前2个主成分的适应性综合评价模型,综合得分超过当地主栽品种春玉黄(ck)的有韩童、春秋贝贝、金娃、田娃、帝国、金皇后等6个品种,可作为今后宁南山区露地娃娃菜栽培优势品种发展。To screen the varieties suitable for planting in the southern mountainous areas of Ningxia and objectively evaluate the cultivation adaptability of the dominant varieties,the field cultivation ratio screening test was carried out with the main local cultivar‘Chunyuhuang’as the control,and principal component analysis(PCA)was also used to evaluate the cultivation adaptability of 13 Chinese cabbage varieties.The results showed that there were significant differences in yield traits and nutritional quality content among different cabbage varieties.The yield of Tianwa,Chunqiubeibei,Hantong and Jinwa was 1.91%,1.78%,0.76%and 0 higher than that of the control,respectively,while the vitamin C content of Hantong and Jinwa was 7.03%and 3.13%higher than that of the control respectively.And,the soluble protein content of Jinhuanghou,Huangfei and Chunqiubeibei were 8.45%,3.29%and 2.8%higher than that of the control respectively,while the soluble sugar of Jinwa,Yipinxiang and Hantong was 45.79%,29.58%and 27.38%higher than that of the control respectively.In addition,there was no significant difference in soluble solids between Hantong,Chunqiubeibei,Huangbaobao and Jinwa.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation model of adaptability was established with yield and quality traits as the first two principal components.The comprehensive scores of six varieties(Hantong,Chunqiubeibei,Jinwa,Tianwa,Huangdi and Jinqueen)were higher than those of the main local varieties(ck),which could be used as the dominant cultivar of open field baby vegetable in ningnan mountain area in the future.
