摘  要:车载以太网是一种连接车内电子单元的新型局域网技术。在单对非屏蔽双绞线上,车载以太网可实现100 Mbit/s甚至1Gbit/s的数据传输速率,满足汽车行业高可靠性、低电磁辐射、低功耗、带宽分配、低延迟以及同步实时性等方面的要求。与此同时,车载以太网也对其物理层提出了更高的要求。本文基于车载以太网链路的EMI测试,分析双绞线差模转共模特性对差分信号的影响,并对比使用不同类型双绞线时车载以太网通信产生的电磁发射,得出结论,平衡性良好的双绞线可以明显降低车载以太网通信时的电磁发射,提高信号的传输质量,在实际使用时能保证以太网的信号完整性,减小丢包率及误码率。Automotive Ethernet is a new type of local area network technology that connects electronic units in the vehicle. On a single pair of unshielded twisted-pair cables, automotive Ethernet can achieve data transmission rates of 100 Mbit/s or even 1 Gbit/s, meeting the requirements of the automotive industry for high reliability, low EMI, low power consumption, bandwidth allocation, low latency, and Synchronization and real-time requirements. At the same time, automotive Ethernet also puts forward higher requirements on its physical layer. Based on the EMI test of the vehicle-mounted Ethernet link, this article analyzes the influence of the differential-mode-to-commonmode characteristics of the twisted pair on the differential signal, and compares the electromagnetic emissions generated by the vehicle-mounted Ethernet communication when different types of twisted-pair cables are used. A twisted pair cable with good performance can significantly reduce electromagnetic emissions during communications.
