摘 要:为了建立允许的燃料电池发动机壳内氢气泄漏量的评价方法,本文研究了燃料电池发动机壳体内发生氢气泄漏时的氢气浓度受壳体内通风量的影响,依据GB 3836.14定义了燃料电池发动机壳体内空间应达到的通风等级,得到允许的燃料电池发动机壳内的氢泄漏量的计算公式,以判定其壳体内氢气浓度是否可控且处于安全水平。从热传递和电堆内部产热两种角度分析了室温下燃料电池发动机在典型工况下运行时壳体内自然通风量的计算方法,进而设计了燃料电池发动机壳内的氢泄漏量具体的测试方法,并进行了试验验证,该测试方法可用于指导对燃料电池发动机氢安全的评价和设计。In order to establish an evaluation method of allowable hydrogen leakage in fuel cell engine housing,the influence of ventilation rate on hydrogen concentration in fuel cell engine housing is studied in this paper. According to GB 3836.14, the ventilation level of fuel cell engine housing space is defined,and the calculation formula of allowable hydrogen leakage in fuel cell engine housing is obtained, so as to determine whether the hydrogen concentration in fuel cell engine housing is controllable and at a safe level. The calculation method of natural ventilation rate in the shell of fuel cell engine under typical operating conditions at room temperature is analyzed from two aspects of heat transfer and heat generation inside the stack, and thena specific test method of hydrogen leakage rate in the shell of fuel cell engine is designed, which can be used to guide the evaluation and design of hydrogen safety of fuel cell engine.
