论德鲁克管理思想的三重哲学意蕴

摘　　要：作为现代管理学的“发明者”,美国管理学家彼得·德鲁克以其企业职能、目标管理、创新管理、知识工作者管理等管理思想而产生深远的影响力,并体现着鲜明的三重哲学意蕴:强调管理的实践本质、坚持实践效果的检验标准,反映了美国实用主义哲学特征;从社会生态系统角度来分析组织与管理问题、提出以面向社会问题的企业社会创新来履行企业社会责任、构建组织与社会之间的和谐关系,体现着深刻的社会哲学视域;反思和批判理性主导的传统管理模式、倡导以参与式管理和自我控制为主的目标管理,具有明确的后现代哲学意蕴。透过这些哲学意蕴可以更深刻地理解德鲁克那些丰富而卓越的管理思想的恒久价值和独特魅力。As the“inventor”of the modern Management,Peter Drucker’s management thoughts centering on business functions,management of the target,innovation and knowledge workers have not only made far-reaching impact,but demonstrated the specific triple philosophical implications,namely the practical essence of management and the testing criterion of practical effect,which reflect the features of American pragmatism philosophy.Problems of organization and management are analyzed from the perspective of social ecological system,and the social-issue-oriented fulfillment of social responsibility by innovation and construction of harmonious relations between organizations and society are proposed;the traditional modes of management are reflected and criticized,and target managements focusing on participation and self-control are advocated.Greater insight into the eternal values and distinctive charm of Drucker’s management thoughts will be realized through these philosophical implications.
