AT1R、AT2R、CA125和炎性因子在子宫内膜中的表达及在子宫内膜异位症患者中的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨血管紧张素1型受体(AT1R)、血管紧张素2型受体(AT2R)、糖类抗原125(CA125)和炎性因子在子宫内膜中的表达及在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者中的意义。方法:选取42例EMs患者作为研究对象(设为病变组),另取42例同期诊断为子宫肌瘤需手术治疗且经术后病理证实子宫内膜正常患者设为对照组。比较两组AT1R、AT2R及CA125阳性率、炎性因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果:病变组AT1R、CA125阳性表达率均高于对照组,AT2R阳性表达率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);病变组血清IL-1β、IL-18、TNF-α水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与子宫肌瘤患者相比,EMs患者子宫内膜AT1R、CA125呈高表达,AT2R呈低表达,且炎性因子水平升高。Objective:To explore significance of expressions of endometrial angiotensin type 1 receptor(AT1R),angiotensin type 2 receptor(AT2R),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and inflammatory factors in patients with endometriosis(EMs).Methods:42 patients with EMs were selected as the research objects(set as the disease group),and another 42 patients with uterine fibroids diagnosed at the same time and requiring surgical treatment were selected as the control group(normal endometrium was confirmed by postoperative pathology).The positive rates of AT1R,AT2R and CA125 and the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-18(IL-18)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The positive rates of AT1R and CA125 in the disease group were higher than those in the control group;the positive rate of AT2R was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-1β,IL-18 and TNF-αin the disease group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the patients with uterine fibroids,the AT1R and CA125 in the endometrium of the EMs patients are highly expressed,while AT2R is lowly expressed,and the levels of inflammatory factors are elevated.
