开放式护理管理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察开放式护理管理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取78例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组患者开展封闭式护理管理,观察组患者采用开放式护理管理,比较两组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、个人和社会功能量表工作表(PSP)评分和自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)评分。结果:护理后,两组PANSS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组PSP评分和ITAQ评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开放式护理管理应用于精神分裂症患者可降低PANSS评分,提高PSP评分和ITAQ评分,效果优于封闭式护理管理。Objective:To observe application effects of open nursing management in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:78 patients with schizophrenia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was given closed nursing management,while the observation group adopted the open nursing management.The positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)score,the personal and social performance scale(PSP)score,and the insight and treatment attitudes questionnaire(ITAQ)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the PANSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing;that of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the PSP score and ITAQ score of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The open nursing management applied to the patients with schizophrenia can reduce the PANSS score,and increase the PSP score and the ITAQ score.Moreover,it is superior to closed nursing management.
