藿朴夏苓汤辅助西药治疗脾胃湿热证患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察藿朴夏苓汤辅助西药治疗脾胃湿热证患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月该院收治的90例脾胃湿热证患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶片和多潘立酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予藿朴夏苓汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后免疫功能指标水平,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、三叶因子1(TFF1)、血管细胞黏附因子-1(VCAM-1)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4+水平明显高于对照组,CD8+、VEGF、TFF1、VCAM-1水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:藿朴夏苓汤辅助西药治疗脾胃湿热证患者,能够提高治疗总有效率,增强患者免疫功能,促进VEGF、TFF1、VCAM-1水平的改善,效果优于单用西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Huopu Xialing decoction in treatment of spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The control group was treated with Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets and Domperidone tablets,while the observation group was treated with Huopu Xialing decoction on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the immune function indicator levels,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),trefoil factor 1(TFF1),vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 77.78%(35/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the CD4+level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the levels of CD8+,VEGF,TFF1,VCAM-1 were significantly lower than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Huopu Xialing decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of the patients with spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome can improve the treatment efficiency,enhance the patients’immune function,and promote the improvement of VEGF,TFF1,VCAM-1 levels.Moreover,it is superior to single western medicine.
