循证护理在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察循证护理在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的应用效果。方法:选取90例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予循证护理,比较两组出院后2个月智力发育和运动发育评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组出院后2个月智力发育和运动发育评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用循证护理可促进缺氧缺血性脑病患儿智力发育和运动发育,提高护理满意度,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To analyze effects of evidence-based nursing on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:90 children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group accepted the evidencebased nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The intelligence development score,the motor development score and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups 2 months after discharge from the hospital.Results:The intelligence development score and the motor development score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 2 months after discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the evidence-based nursing can promote the intelligence development and the motor development of the children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,and improve the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
