中药内服外用治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服外用治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:128例随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组用西药治疗,治疗组用中药内服外用。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外用治疗念珠菌性阴道炎疗效较好,且复发率低,不良反应小。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine taken orally and externally in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods: A total of 128 cases were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. The control group were treated with western medicine, while the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine for internal or external use. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating candidal vaginitis with internal and external use, with low recurrence rate and small adverse reactions.
