摘　　要：目的:观察三虫散治疗糖尿病周围病变的效果。方法:146例随机分成实验组和对照组,两组均用常规降血糖及营养神经药物治疗方法,实验组加用三虫散治疗。结果:实验组多伦多临床评分系统、周围神经肌电图神经传导速度测定、炎症因子水平以及血糖水平等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三虫散治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Sanchong Powder in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: A total of 146 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Both groups were treated with conventional hypoglycemic and neurotrophic drugs, and the experimental group were treated with Sanchong Powder in addition. Results: Toronto clinical scoring system, peripheral nerve electromyography nerve conduction velocity measurement, inflammatory factor levels and blood glucose levels of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Sanchong Powder is effective in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
