中药药浴联合穴位贴敷辅治寻常型银屑病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药药浴联合穴位贴敷辅治寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:230例根据随机数字表法分为试验组110例及对照组120例,两组均用西药治疗,试验组加用中药药浴联合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组加用中药药浴治疗。结果:治疗后两组PASI评分、瘙痒程度评分均降低(P<0.05),试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。愈显率试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗周期较对照组短(P<0.05),复发周期较对照组长(P<0.05),患者满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:中药药浴联合穴位贴敷辅治寻常型银屑病疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with acupoint application in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: According to the random number table method, 230 cases were divided into 2 groups, 110 cases in the experimental group and 120 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated with western medicine. The experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with acupoint application, while the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath. Results: After treatment, the PASI score and the pruritus score of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05), and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). The recovery rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The treatment period of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05), the recurrence period of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the patient satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with acupoint application has a better effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
