八宝痔疮膏治疗混合痔湿热下注型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察八宝痔疮膏治疗湿热下注型混合痔的效果。方法:60例采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组便后创面中药熏蒸、八宝痔疮膏外涂,对照组便后创面中药熏蒸、马应龙痔疮膏外涂。结果:治疗组便血、坠胀、脱出等症状评分低于于对照组,治疗组住院时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八宝痔疮膏治疗湿热下注型混合痔能有效缓解便血、坠胀、脱出等症状。Objective:To observe the effect of Babao Hemorrhoid Ointment in treating mixed hemorrhoids of dampheat pouring downward type. Methods: Sixty cases were divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group, by random number table method. The treatment group were fumigated with traditional Chinese medicine and applied with Babao hemorrhoid ointment after defecation, and in the control group, it was fumigated with traditional Chinese medicine and applied Mayinglong hemorrhoid ointment. Results: The scores of symptoms such as hematochezia, swelling,and prolapse in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. The hospital stay in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Babao hemorrhoids ointment can effectively relieve the symptoms of blood in the stool, swelling, and prolapse in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type.
