中药药熨疗法联合八风八邪滞针法在重型颅脑损伤伴肢体功能障碍患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析中药药熨疗法联合八风八邪滞针法在重型颅脑损伤伴肢体功能障碍患者中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至12月于空军军医大学第一附属医院治疗的100例平稳期重型颅脑损伤伴肢体功能障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规中药药熨疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上实施八风八邪滞针法治疗,疗程为8周。比较两组治疗前后上下肢肌力、Holden步行功能分级、功能独立性评价量表及健康调查量表36评分。结果治疗后,两组上下肢肌力评分低于治疗前,Holden步行功能分级、功能独立性评价量表、健康调查量表36各项评分均高于治疗前,且观察组上下肢肌力评分低于对照组,Holden步行功能分级、功能独立性评价量表、健康调查量表36各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中药药熨疗法联合八风八邪滞针法可有效改善平稳期重型颅脑损伤伴肢体功能障碍患者的肢体功能,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application value of hot medicinal compress therapy by traditional Chinese medicine combined with eight winds and eight pathogens stagnation acupuncture in patients with severe craniocerebral injury and limb dysfunction.Methods A total of 100 patients with stable severe craniocerebral injury with limb dysfunction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from January to December2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with hot medicinal compress therapy by traditional Chinese medicine,and the observation group was treated with eight winds and eight pathogens stagnation acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was eight weeks.Muscle strength of upper and lower limbs,Holden walking function grade,functional independence measure,and 36-item short form health survey scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of muscle strength of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and scores of Holden walking function grade,functional independence measure,and 36-item short form health survey were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Hot medicinal compress therapy by traditional Chinese medicine combined with eight winds and eight pathogens stagnation acupuncture can effectively improve the limb function of patients with stable severe craniocerebral injury accompanied by limb dysfunction and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
