摘　　要：心力衰竭患者数量快速上升,死亡率高,临床缺乏可靠的疾病预后指标。心输出功率(CPO)是心脏单位时间内作的功,是直接反映心功能的指标,包括峰值CPO、储备CPO和静息CPO,可用于指导心力衰竭治疗和评估预后。峰值CPO和储备CPO分别是稳定心力衰竭患者短期和长期预后的独立预测因子;静息CPO则更适用于无法测量峰值CPO的严重心力衰竭患者。关于CPO的测量方式及参考范围尚未形成共识,进一步探讨CPO在心力衰竭中的应用,可为心力衰竭患者的诊疗提供新思路。本文就CPO在心力衰竭诊疗中的研究进展作一综述。The number of patients with heart failure is increasing rapidly,and the mortality rate is high,and clinical lack of reliable prognostic indicators of disease.Cardiac power output(CPO) is the work done by the heart per unit of time,which is a direct indicator of cardiac function,including peak CPO,reserve CPO and resting CPO,and can be used to guide the treatment of heart failure and evaluate the prognosis.Peak CPO and reserve CPO are independent predictors of short-term and long-term prognosis in patients with stable heart failure respectively,while resting CPO is more suitable for patients with severe heart failure who cannot measure peak CPO.There is no consensus on the measurement method and reference range of CPO.Further study on the application of CPO in heart failure can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart failure.This article reviews the research progress of CPO in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure.
