摘　　要：目的研究针灸联合康复指导对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法选取2020年5月-2021年7月我院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗联合康复疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗,比较两组康复疗效、运动功能、生活质量及自理能力。结果观察组康复总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组四肢简化运动能力评分、Fugl-Meyer评分、改良Barthel评分、SF-36评分、SS-QOL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合康复指导可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,促进其自理能力及生活质量的提升,康复疗效确切。Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation guidance on limb motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation efficacy,motor function,quality of life and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was 86.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the simplified motor ability score,Fugl-Meyer score,modified Barthel score,SF-36 score and SS-QOL score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation guidance can effectively improve the motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,promote their self-care ability and quality of life,and the rehabilitation effect is significant.
