探讨宫腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术对不孕症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨不孕症应用宫腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术治疗的临床效果。方法 80例不孕症患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组应用传统宫腔镜输卵管通液术治疗,观察组应用宫腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、妊娠率、盆腔病变发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率90.00%高于对照组的72.50%,盆腔病变发生率5.00%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 输卵管不通导致不孕症,临床中应用宫腹腔镜联合下输卵管疏通术治疗,可确切提升治疗有效性,降低盆腔病变等并发症发生率,提升患者受孕率,临床应用效果理想,值得进一步推广并应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of tubal dredging under hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the treatment of infertility.Methods A total of 80 cases of infertility were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with traditional tubal drainage under hysteroscopy,and the observation group was treated with tubal drainage under hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.The therapeutic effect,pregnancy rate,and incidence of pelvic lesions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%in the observation group was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate 90.00%in the observation group was higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the incidence of pelvic lesions 5.00%was lower than 20.00%in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tubal obstruction leads to infertility,clinical application of tubal dredging under hysteroscopy and laparoscopy has ideal effect on infertility,and it can accurately improve the effectiveness of treatment,reduce the incidence of pelvic lesions and other complications,improve of pregnancy rate,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
