老年稳定型冠心病合并非瓣膜性心房颤动患者采取华法林抗凝治疗的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 分析华法林抗凝疗法应用于老年稳定型冠心病合并非瓣膜性心房颤动患者中的临床效果。方法 50例老年稳定型冠心病合并非瓣膜性心房颤动患者,均接受华法林抗凝疗法治疗,观察患者治疗过程中及随访1年后的安全终点事件发生情况。结果 治疗过程中,患者出现肺栓塞1例、缺血性脑卒中1例、腔隙性脑梗死1例、外周血管栓塞1例。随访过程中,仅有1例患者死亡,其余患者生存状态良好;2例患者出现皮肤黏膜出血、1例患者出现脑出血、1例患者出现牙龈出血、1例患者出现胃出血,经对症治疗后,其临床症状均得到有效控制。结论 华法林抗凝疗法应用于老年稳定型冠心病合并非瓣膜性心房颤动患者中的效果显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状,延长生存时间,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warfarin anticoagulation in elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease and nonvalvular atrial fibrillation.Methods There were 50 cases of elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease and non-valvular atrial fibrillation,and all patients received warfarin anticoagulation.The occurrence of safety endpoint events during the treatment and after 1 year of follow-up was observed.Results During the treatment,there were 1 case of pulmonary embolism,1 case of ischemic stroke,1 case of lacunar infarction and 1 case of peripheral vascular embolism.During the follow-up,only 1 patient died,and the other patients were in good condition.2 patients had skin and mucous membrane hemorrhage,1 patient had cerebral hemorrhage,1 patient had gingival hemorrhage,1 patient had gastric hemorrhage and after symptomatic treatment,the clinical symptoms were effectively controlled.Conclusion Warfarin anticoagulant therapy is effective in elderly patients with stable coronary heart disease and non-valvular atrial fibrillation,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,prolong the survival rate,and has clinical promotion value.
