早期康复干预对急性脑血栓患者致残率的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析早期康复干预对急性脑血栓患者致残率的影响。方法 118例急性脑血栓患者,利用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施早期康复干预。比较两组干预前后的Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)评分、并发症发生率、满意度。结果 干预后,观察组FMA评分(90.51±4.49)分、BI评分(82.16±3.59)分,均高于对照组的(66.79±5.45)、(57.43±6.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率3.39%低于对照组的16.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为96.61%,高于对照组的83.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在急性脑血栓患者中应用早期康复干预可有效降低患者发生残疾的几率,改善其生活能力以及运动功能,应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 118 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 59 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented early rehabilitation intervention.Both groups were compared in terms of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)scores before and after intervention,complication rate,and satisfaction.Results After intervention,FMA score(90.51±4.49)points and BI score(82.16±3.59)points of the observation group were higher than(66.79±5.45)and(57.43±6.67)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates 3.39%in the observation group was lower than 16.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.61%,which was higher than 83.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation intervention in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis can effectively reduce the probability of disability in such patients,improve their living ability and motor function,and has high application value.
