血清PCT、CRP、WBC测定在感染性疾病诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)测定在感染性疾病诊断中的效果。方法选取60例细菌性感染疾病患者作为细菌感染组,60例病毒性感染疾病患者作为病毒感染组,60例体检健康者作为对照组。检测并比较三组的血清PCT、CRP、WBC水平。结果细菌感染组患者血清PCT、CRP、WBC分别为(6.95±1.22)ng/ml、(4.28±0.56)mg/L、(1.41±0.32)×109/L,病毒感染组分别为(55.29±12.82)ng/ml、(14.95±4.36)mg/L、(2.08±0.62)×109/L,对照组分别为(18.76±3.25)ng/ml、(9.62±1.35)mg/L、(4.02±0.35)×109/L;细菌感染组和病毒感染组的血清PCT、CRP、WBC水平均高于对照组,且细菌感染组患者血清PCT、CRP、WBC水平均高于病毒感染组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、PCT和WBC联合检测可用于感染性疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断,动态监测血清PCT和CRP水平变化,可及时了解患者的病情变化,有助于预后治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of serum procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)in the diagnosis of infectious diseases.Methods 60 patients with bacterial infectious diseases were selected as the bacterial infection group,60 patients with viral infectious diseases were selected as the viral infection group,and 60 healthy individuals with physical examination were selected as the control group.The serum PCT,CRP and WBC levels of the three groups were measured and compared.Results The serum PCT,CRP,and WBC in the bacterial infection group were(6.95±1.22)ng/ml,(4.28±0.56)mg/L and(1.41±0.32)×109/L,which were(55.29±12.82)ng/ml,(14.95±4.36)mg/L and(2.08±0.62)×109/L in viral infection group,and(18.76±3.25)ng/ml,(9.62±1.35)mg/L and(4.02±0.35)×109/L in the control group.The serum PCT,CRP and WBC in the bacterial infection group and viral infection group were higher than those in the control group,and the serum PCT,CRP and WBC in the bacterial infection group were higher than those in the viral infection group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum CRP,PCT and WBC can be used for the differential diagnosis of infectious diseases.Dynamic monitoring of changes in serum PCT and CRP levels can promptly understand the changes in the patient’s condition,which is helpful for prognostic treatment and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
