中医疫病理论对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认识及方药举隅

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)的致病性和传染性之强引起人们的广泛关注。笔者运用伤寒和温病经典理论,分析了COVID-19的中医病因,并应用两大理论体系的六经及卫气营血辨证阐述其病机及传变规律。根据各地发布的中医药诊疗方案,选取有效并且具有代表性的方药,结合临床实际效果,分析总结应用于各证型的方剂,以便于临床工作者能够有所针对性选择合适方药。COVID-19 is pay attention because of strong pathogenicity and infectivity.Based on the classical theories of Shanghan(伤寒) and Wenbing(温病),this paper analyses the etiology of COVID-19 in TCM,and expounds its pathogenesis and transmission law by using the syndrome differentiation of six meridians transmission and transmission of Wei(卫)、Qi(气)、Ying(营) and Xue(血).According to TCM diagnosis and treatment plans issued by various regions,the representative and effective prescriptions are selected,combined with the actual clinical effects,the prescriptions applied to each type of syndrome are analyzed and summarized,in order to select the appropriate prescriptions by clinical workers.
