砭石刮痧结合闪罐在面瘫患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨砭石刮痧结合闪罐在面瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选择在深圳市宝安纯中医治疗医院治疗的60例面瘫患者为研究对象,均采用砭石刮痧结合闪罐治疗,观察患者治疗效果、治疗前后面神经功能及面部肌肉肌电图变化。结果:治疗后,治疗总有效率为93.33%(56/60)。患者面神经功能(House-Brackmann)分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者比例明显增加,Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ级患者比例明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,患者面部残疾躯体功能(Facial Disability Indexs Physiology,FDIP)评分较前明显升高,面部残疾指数社会功能(Facial Disability Indexs Society,FDIS)评分明显降低(P <0.05)。患者面部肌肉肌电图动作电位潜伏期明显升高,而波幅明显降低(P <0.05)。结论:砭石刮痧结合闪罐在面瘫患者中的应用效果显著,能有效促进面神经功能恢复。Objective:To explore efficacy of stone needle skin scraping plus quick moving cuping on facial paralysis.Methods:60 cases were treated with stone needle skin scraping plus quick moving cuping.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency was 93.33%(56/60),the proportion of patients with House-Brackmann facial nerve function grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ was significantly increased,and the proportion of patients with Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly reduced(P<0.05).After treatment,the FDIP score was significantly higher than before,and the FDIS score was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The latency of the electromyogram action potential of the facial muscles of the patients was significantly increased,while the amplitude was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of stone needle skin scraping plus quick moving cuping on facial paralysis shows significant effects,and it can effectively promote the recovery of facial nerve function.
