自拟更年安方治疗更年期综合征80例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟更年安方治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组用更年乐胶囊,治疗组采用自拟更年安方治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后促卵泡生成激素及促黄体激素水平均显著低于对照组(P <0.05),雌二醇水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:更年安方能显著改善更年期综合征患者的临床症状,疗效理想。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the self-made Gengnian’an prescription(更年安方) on menopausal syndrome.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the Gengnianle capsules(更年乐胶囊),and the treatment group was treated with the self-made Gengnian’an prescription.Results:Efficiency in the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the level of estradiol was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Gengnian’an prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with menopausal syndrome,and the effect is ideal.
