摘　　要：激素性股骨头坏死是一种骨科常见病,随着激素在临床的不规范使用,其发病率逐渐提高,本病的预防与治疗成为现代医学研究的焦点和难点之一。近几年来,中医药对激素性股骨头坏死的研究逐渐增多且取得一些成果。文章基于最近几年的文献研究,主要从激素性股骨头坏死的病因病机、辨证分型、中医药治疗等方面进行探究,论述当前中医药防治激素性股骨头坏死取得的成果,指出其研究中存在的不足,并展望中医药治疗激素性股骨头坏死的前景,以期更好地指导科研与临床。Steroid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head(SANFH) is a common orthopedic disorder,due to the use of glucocorticoid in clinical treatment constant,the incidence of SANFH is gradually increasing,the prevention and treatment of this disease has become one of the focuses and difficulties in modern medical research.In recent years,the researches in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for the treatment of SANFH are increasing,which has made some achievements in treating SANFH.In the present article,based on research of literatures in recent years,we focused on analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of SANFH from TCM point of view,discussed the current achievements in the treatment of SANFH,pointed out the existing problems in the researches and looked into the future prospects of treating SANFH using TCM,in order to provide better guidance for future scientific research and clinical work.
