摘　　要：赵斌主任医师认为阳气在人体生理病理中有重要作用。在临床具体应用中,目下医界推崇附片,并以大剂量使用附片为能事之流弊,提倡应充分扩大和探索扶阳药物的种类,深入分析各药物的特性,合理应用于临床。并在临床治疗中始终应坚持以辨证论治、中医综合疗法为指导,根据患者的病情,积极、合理、多途径使用温阳药物,在取得良好疗效的同时积极增效减毒,以达两全其美之境。Chief Physician Zhao Bin believes that Yang Qi(阳气) plays an important role in human physiology and pathology.In clinical practice,Fupian(Aconite) was currently used in a large number and wide range.Chief Physician Zhao Bin advocated that the types of drugs for Fuyang(扶阳) should be explored,the characteristics of drugs should be analyzed,and the drugs should be used rationally.In clinical treatment,the basic principles of TCM syndrome differentiation and comprehensive treatment should be adhered,and warm-Yang drugs should be used rationally to reduce adverse reactions while achieving good curative effects.
