摘　　要：外感热病严重影响人类健康与社会发展,是医学界面临的重大课题。此类疾病往往以发热为主要临床症状,中医称为感邪而发,疾病初期临床治疗往往缺乏特效药。中医治疗外感热病有着明显优势,已经形成较系统的理论基础和丰富的临床经验,本文概述中医治疗外感热病的基本大法,认为掌握中医辨证治疗外感热病的方法,在外感热病初期运用中医干预也能够取得较好的疗效,有助于弥补西医病因认识滞后性的缺点。近年来,广大医家通过临床实践提出了许多新的观点和治法,进一步丰富了辨证治疗外感热的病理论体系。Exogenous febrile disease seriously affects human health and social development,and is a major issue in the medical profession.Such diseases often have fever as the main clinical symptom,which is called pathogenic in TCM.The clinical treatment of the disease often lacks specific medicines in the early stage of the disease.TCM has obvious advantages on exogenous febrile disease.It has formed a more systematic theoretical basis and rich clinical experience.In this article,TCM basic therapies of exogenous febrile disease were outlined.The author believes that mastering the methods of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment should be applied in the initial stage of exogenous febrile disease,could also gain better results and is help to make up for the shortcomings of the lagging understanding of the causes of Western medicine.In recent years,the physicians have put forward many new viewpoints and treatment methods based on clinical practice,which have further enriched the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of exogenous febrile disease.
