中药内服外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价中药内服联合外敷治疗亚急性甲状腺炎(简称亚甲炎)的安全性及疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Web of science、Cochrane Library 6个电子数据库(截止日期2020年3月3日),查找所有应用中药内服外敷治疗亚甲炎的临床随机对照试验。由2名研究者独立对纳入研究进行资料提取和方法学质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入25项研究,共1 938例受试者。Meta分析结果显示,中药内服外敷联合治疗亚甲炎与单纯中/西药组相比,临床疗效更加确切(P <0.000 01),更能改善中医证候积分,降低游离甲状腺素,降低促甲状腺激素,降低血沉,同时还可缩短甲状腺疼痛、肿大、退热的时间。结论:中药内服联合外敷治疗亚甲炎临床效果优于单纯西/中药治疗,本研究纳入样本量少、文献质量一般,需高质量、大样本的临床随机对照试验进一步验证。Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Chinese materia medic for oral and external application on subacute thyroiditis.Methods:All clinical randomized controlled clinical trials of treating subacute thyroiditis by Chinese materia medic for oral and external application were retrieved in 6 electronic databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of science,Cochrane Library(deadline was 2020-03-03) by computer.Data extraction and methodological quality evaluation of the included studies was conducted by two investigators independently.A meta-analysiswas executed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 25 studies with 1938 subjects were included.The results of the Meta analysis showed that compared with the traditional Chinese medicine or Western medicine,the clinical efficacy of Chinese materia medic for oral and external application on subacute thyroiditis was more accurate(P<0.000 01).It can shorten the time of thyroid pain,swelling,and fever.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Chinese materia medic for oral and external application on subacute thyroiditis is better than that of Western medicine or Chinese medicine alone.The sample size included in this study is small,and the quality of the literature is average.High-quality,large-sample RCTs are required for further verification.
