民国时期南京地区的民间赈济和政府义演

摘　　要：南京国民政府时期,首都南京的基层治理能力得到了极大程度的提升,政府开始重新关注被忽视的慈善救济领域,政府逐渐成了慈善领域中的主导力量。义演由于本身是一种特殊的慈善救济方式,自然不会被忽视。相对弱化的民间组织根据南京的特殊环境,也采取了更符合自身情况的慈善赈济方式。在政府主导的大环境下,二者开始相互合作,相互补充,进一步推动了南京慈善业界的发展。In the period of the Nanjing National Government,the capabilities of primary governance had been greatly improved.The government began to refocus on charity and relief which was once neglected.It gradually became the leading force in the charity field,and naturally it paid attention to the charity performance which was a special way in charity.According to the special environment of Nanjing at that time,the relatively weak civil organizations adopted a more suitable way of charity and relief.Under the government-leading environment,the two forms began to cooperate and complement with each other,which further promoted the development of Nanjing’s charity industry.
