基于GIS技术的麦盖提县农用地质量等级评价

摘　　要：为推进以质量为基础的农用地改革和为农用地基准价格评估提供依据,在理解农用地质量内涵及其实际意义基础上,选择喀什地区麦盖提县农用地为研究对象,以第三次全国土地调查(第二次上交的数据)麦盖提县MDB作为工作底图,借助ArcGIS软件,采用特尔斐法选定定级工作因素、因子并确定其权重,划分评价单元,然后根据《农用地定级规程》计算因子各等级指数并选择适当的衰减模型对因子进行量化,采用总分频率直方图和抽样实地验证相结合得出麦盖提县农用地质量评定等级,划分出Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级4个级别,各农用地质量级别和面积比例分别为Ⅰ级地面积14852.15 hm^(2),占22.06%,Ⅱ级地面积为29764.94hm^(2),占44.21%;Ⅲ级地面积为12757.53 hm^(2),占18.95%;Ⅳ级地面积为9954.10 hm^(2),占14.78%。In order to promote the reform of agricultural land based on the quality and provide the basis for agricultural land base price evaluation,on the basis of understanding farmland quality connotation and the practical significance,with Kashi region Maigaiti County agricultural land as the research object,by the third national land survey(data submitted the second time)in Maigaiti County MDB as work base,with the help of ArcGIS software,used the Delphi method to select grading factors,factors and determine its weight,division of evaluation unit,and then according to the Regulations for classification on Agriculture Land,calculated factor each level index and selected the appropriate attenuation model to quantify the factors,adopted total frequency histogram,and combining the field validation sampling Maigaiti County farmland quality rating,divided intoⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣfour levels,the agricultural land quality level and the area proportion respectivelyⅠlevel land area of 14852.15 hm^(2),accounting for 22.06%of the total arable land,Ⅱlevel land area of 29764.94 hm^(2),accounting for 44.21%of the total arable land;Ⅲlevel land area of 12757.53 hm^(2),accounting for 18.95%of the total arable land;Ⅳlevel with a total area of 9954.10 hm^(2),accounting for 14.78%of the total arable land.
