摘  要:为提高烤烟上部烟叶的可用性,以上部带茎烟叶为试验材料,对比分析了定色期42~45℃、>45~50℃2个烘烤阶段不同湿球温度(T_(1),35、36℃;T_(2),36、37℃;T_(3),37、38℃)对烤后烟叶外观质量、化学成分和评吸质量的影响。结果表明:T_(2)和T_(3)处理烤后烟叶外观质量较佳;T_(3)处理烟叶纵向收缩率、横向收缩率和厚度收缩率最大,处理T_(2)次之,均显著大于处理T_(1);两糖比、糖碱比和钾氯比以T_(2)和T_(3)处理较为适宜;烤后烟叶感官质量评价得分T_(2)处理最高(84.5分),T_(3)处理次之(83.5分),T_(1)处理最低(81.0分)。总而言之,定色期42~45℃、>45~50℃烘烤阶段设置36、37℃的湿球温度处理(T_(2))能进一步提高上部烟叶化学成分的协调性和工业可用性。In order to improve the availability of upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco,the upper tobacco leaves with stem were used as experimental materials.The effects of different wet bulb temperature conditions(T_(1),35,36℃;T_(2),36,37℃;T_(3),37,38℃)at 42-45℃and>45-50℃on the appearance quality,chemical composition and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves were analyzed.The results showed that the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves of T_(2) and T_(3) was better,the shrinkage rate of longitudinal,transverse and thickness of flue-cured tobacco was the highest in T_(3) treatment,followed by T_(2) treatment,and those in T_(2) and T_(3) treatments were significantly higher than T_(1) treatment.The ratio of total sugar to reducing sugar,the sugar-nicotine ratio,the ratio of potassium to chlorine of treatment T_(2) and T_(3) were the most suitable.The sensory quality evaluation score of flue-cured tobacco was the highest in treatment T_(2)(84.5),followed by treatment T_(3)(83.5)and treatment T_(1)(81.0).In a word,treatment T_(2)(36,37℃)during the color-fixing period of 42-45℃and>45-50℃could further improve the coordination of chemical composition and industrial availability of upper tobacco leaves with stem.
