摘　　要：为促进装备制造业高质量发展,比较区域间装备制造业的发展差异,文章基于2008—2017年30个省份的面板数据,采用改进CRITIC-TOPSIS法对我国装备制造业的综合发展能力进行了动态评价。研究表明:2008—2014年我国装备制造业的综合发展能力呈持续增长态势,2014—2017年呈平稳波动状态,部分省份出现小幅下降趋势;空间演变趋势呈明显的"东扩中进西微升"特征,且长江经济带装备制造业的迅速发展将成为带动内陆发展的新引擎;提升对外开放程度可有效促进装备制造业的高质量发展。In order to promote the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry and compare the development differences of the equipment manufacturing industry among regions,this paper is based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2008 to 2017 to dynamically evaluate the comprehensive development capability of China’s equipment manufacturing industry by using an improved CRITIC-TOPSIS method.The research shows that the comprehensive development capability of China’s equipment manufacturing industry presents a continuous growth trend from 2008 to 2014,with a steady fluctuation state from2014 to 2017,and a slight downward trend in some provinces,that the spatial evolution trend assumes obvious characteristics of"expanding in the east,progressing in the middle and slightly rising in the west",the rapid development of equipment manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt becoming a new engine to drive inland development,and that improving the degree of opening to the outside world can effectively promote the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry.
