摘  要:针对隔水管环焊缝区域裂纹快速无损检测的技术需求,基于交流电磁场检测技术适应性设计了交流电磁场阵列探头,研发了一套隔水管环焊缝裂纹快速检测系统,开展隔水管试件焊缝及热影响区裂纹快速检测试验。结果表明,基于交流电磁场的隔水管环焊缝快速检测系统可实现隔水管环焊缝及热影响区1.0 mm深度裂纹的快速检出,对隔水管的安全检测及维修具有重大意义。Aiming to meet the technical requirements of rapid nondestructive testing of cracks in riser girth weld area,this paper designed an array probe of AC electromagnetic field based on the adaptive testing technology of AC electromagnetic field.A rapid detection system for cracks in riser girth weld was developed,and rapid detection experiments for cracks in riser specimens′welds and heat-affected zones were carried out.The results show that the rapid detection system of riser girth welds based on AC electromagnetic field can realize the rapid detection of riser girth welds and cracks of 1.0 mm deep in the heat-affected zone,which is of great significance to the safety detection and maintenance of riser.
