摘 要:鉴于供水能力涉及的影响因素较多,实际应用中存在不同的认识,从概念到计算方法都存在分歧,探讨供水能力的相关概念,辨析影响供水能力的关键要素,界定单一工程、供水系统和区域整体供水能力之间的区别与联系,提出不同类型供水能力的含义,对比供水能力与可供水量、供水保证率之间的区别和联系。以成都市为案例,核算了该区域的供水能力,为供水能力相关概念的分析、计算和应用提出建议。Different understandings and definitions of water supply capacity exist in practice from concepts to calculation methods due to many factors involved.The relevant concepts of water supply capacity were discussed and the key factors affecting water supply capacity were analyzed.Differences and linkages between a single project,a water supply system and the reginal overall water supply capacity were discussed.The meanings of water supply capacity in different situations were suggested.The relationships between water supply capacity and available water supply,water supply guaranteed rate and other related concepts were compared.Chengdu city was taken as an example,of which the regional water supply capacity was accurately accounted.Some suggestions were put forward for the calculation and application of related concepts in water supply capacity.
