摘　　要：基于西门子博途开发软件,构建基于汽车夹具气缸控制系统,系统主要包括接口定义、气阀动作及检测程序设计、诊断程序设计三个部分。本系统设计周期短,灵活性强,可靠性佳,可在同行业中广泛应用。In this paper,Siemens TIA Portal is used as the development software to construct the cylinder control system based on automobile fixture,which mainly includes three parts,namely,interface definition,air valve action and detection program design,and diagnosis program design.The system has the advantages of short design cycle,strong flexibility and good reliability,and can be widely used in the same industry.
