摘　　要：焦作作为黄河沿线的重要城市,其黄河文化旅游发展在某种程度上也反映出许多沿黄城市相似的发展状况。本文采用系统分析法,深入剖析了焦作旅游发展遇到的困境,在对焦作黄河文化旅游发展状况进行全面分析的基础上,从文化内涵、产品内容、服务设施、宣传推广、区域合作等方面提出了对策建议,旨在促进焦作黄河文化旅游高质量发展,同时也为国内同类型城市的黄河文化旅游提供参考。Jiaozuo is an important city along the Yellow River and its development of Yellow River cultural tourism also reflects the similar developing situation of many cities along the Yellow River. This paper adopts systematic analysis method to analyze the plight of Jiaozuo tourism. Based on the strategic analysis of Yellow River cultural tourism in Jiaozuo, the author tries to propose countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of cultural connotation, product content, service facility, tourism promotion and regional cooperation, aiming at promoting high quality development of Yellow River cultural tourism in Jiaozuo and meanwhile providing references for the same type of cities in China.
