摘  要:分析了倒角过程中的工艺参数,研究了倒角的四种计算机辅助编程方法:采用相切方法进行三维模型的平面倒角、采用对中方法进行三维模型的平面倒角、采用轮廓3D方法进行三维模型的空间曲线倒角、采用相切方法借助二维曲线进行平面倒角,然后对后两种方法进行了实验验证。这四种方法适用于不同的机械加工场合,通过研究和总结,为生产实践提供了四种实用的倒角加工方案。Chamfering often puzzles machine operators.Firstly,this study analyzed the positional parameters between the tool and the work piece in the process of chamfering.Then,four methods of chamfering were studied.The plane chamfering for 3D model were used by tangent method and middle method,respectively.Moreover,the curve chamfering for 3D model and plane chamfering for 2D model were used by contour 3D method and tangent method,respectively.Finally,the latter two methods were experimentally verified.These four methods are idealy practical applied to different occasions.Through the research and summary of this article,it provides a variety of practical chamfering solutions for production practice.
