摘　　要：在高校本科生创新训练过程中融合思政教育,是实现全过程育人的有效方法。本文提出在创新训练过程中从引导本科生正确面对挫折、坚持实事求是、加强团队合作、具有规则意识四个方面融合思政教育。并进一步指出,创新训练融合思政教育有利于学生树立科学的价值观,拓展创新思维,提升创新能力,对培养良好思想素质的创新人才有着重要意义。The integration of ideological and political education in the innovative training process of undergraduates is an effective way to realize the whole process of educating.This paper puts forward the integration of ideological and political education in four aspects,including guiding undergraduates to correctly face setbacks,insisting on seeking truth from facts,strengthening teamwork and having a sense of rules in the process of innovation training.Moreover,this paper further pointed out that the integration of innovative training and ideological and political education is conducive to the establishment of scientific values,cultivating innovative thinking and innovative abilities.It has great significance for cultivating innovative talents with good ideological quality.
